There are several ways to place a complaint:
By phone. Call the number above any time. Make sure you know the exact time/date of the noise event. Also, make sure you write in a note book the day and time of your complaint. It's the only way to keep track of your complaints and check to see if the cookie-cutter letters arriving from Massport months after you placed your complaint coincide with your records. They normally do, they are very thorough in their work.
Electronically. You will have to create an account using Massport's Symphony PublicVue software. Remember your username and password for next time you login to place another complaint. To use this software you will need to be computer savvy. The software isn't as user-friendly as it should be. Get directly to the Symphony PublicVue page by clicking here. You can also use our step-by-step user manual we put together. Click here for a copy of our own Symphony user manual.
Reach out to legislators at both state and national level. After a bad RNAV day we strongly encourage you to call and write letters to your elected officials. Check our "Take Action" page for their contact information.
